I'm ok, a little frustrated, a little disappointed in myself with how I've been acting and treating some friends but generally ok.

Drained.. Like this was my only day off this week and I should of been able to sleep in but grrrrrr my phone rings off the hook! Ah well I feel a lil YAY since I got my insurence and tags and blah blah blah for my car!

Feeling like I can't use my phone in this damn building and I wanna throw it. I am also feeling happy overall with the things changing in my life, like I am back on my path and starting to be in a good place.

I feel like after a sleepless night, Shade showing up at my door early to drive me to the airport and having to wait for me to get dressed and finish packing, killing an hour and a half at the airport, a two hour flight, a 40 minute stop-over with a rushed attempt to both use the bathroom and scarf down some breakfast, a 6 hour flight, a 30 minute wait at baggage claim, 20 minutes of wandering looking for my rental car shuttle, a 30 minute wait and a misplaced reservation at the rental car place, an eye opening trip down the 405 freeway, two hours of driving in pre-rush hour traffic, a very hug-filled welcome, a dinner out and an ill-conceived trip to the casino, I am finally here.

I've been awake since 9 AM Monday morning, I'm no longer able to make sense, and I am going to bed now. Yay!

Weird, I was thinking about driving down the 405 a couple days ago. (Hunhee, we seem to be thinking a lot of similar things lately) I hear what you are saying. Sad that I sometimes miss driving the California freeways. I really miss CA in the winter, but right now, even more. The sun is out and I am getting that kiss of warmth on my face and it makes me want to cruise near the coast with my sunroof open and check out all the young, hot guys with their shirts off . Plus, I need somewhere to wear my new bikini, it looks good . Funny, I never went to the beach when I lived there (as an adult, during the day), now I want to go.

I am feeling like I am almost ready to get some breakfast and start some yardwork
