The awesome thing about baking is that I love to bake but don't really love to eat what I've made... especially when I make brownies cause I don't like chocolate.

My Mom's class bakes those everyday to sell to the adult education classes on their breaks. They make a TON of money on it too.

I love to visit her class when I'm down in Garden City because she gives me a bunch.

Like the bad guy. Played floor hockey. Teammate had a friend in town she wanted to sub in that never played before. Well, we were down, then tied..ended up winning by 1 -- for first place! But, her friend never got any playing time. Competitive I know...
