So I've gotten a couple messages over the past few days, letting me know about some vicious rumors that are flying around about me. I know people are going to think what ever they want to. Hopefully you guys have my back and know I'm not that kind of person.

Who here has had really bad stuff spread around about them? What was the rumor? What did you do?

Rumors are going about? I don't know if I am around enough for people to come up with believable stuff about me. Though it always seems human nature for people to blurb out what they heard or found out about.

Well I would hope at least that people have common sense not to listen to rumors. I have yelled at a few people for listening to them before. Out here on the road, by the time a fact gets out to our ears, it becomes a scifi story of death and destruction when it was only a fender bender.

I am not sure what you are speaking of specifically but your friends will know better than to buy into it. People that truly know who you are. I know it's a shitty feeling in the interim but some people just enjoy degrading others because they are insecure about themselves. If you ever notice, when people point a finger at someone, they may be taking attention from themselves for a reason.

no, but I have had a girl tell everyone that I slept with her... and damn, was that ever not true... she was somewhat of an obsessed stalker type on top of that, too.

Hold your head up high and let them go to hell. So much crap has gone around about me it's laughable. I don't give a fuck anymore. My real friends know me and will make the effort to find out the truth when they hear something. Of course sometimes it is "real friends" who are saying shit and in that case, well, shows what kind of person they are and you move on.

Anyone who bashes someone publicly for supposed sexual behavior (or anything, really) is either a) jealous b) has some kind of puritain complex and needs to put down someone else's behavior so they don't have to feel guilty for/take responsibility for their own, c) insecure and needs to deflect attention to someone else d) is mad because they're not getting any so why not put down someone who might be or e)has no life and has to spread gossip because they have nothing else to say or f) all of the above! Hang in there and the drama bunnies will eventually get bored and hop along to someone else.

Of course it counts...actually it is the only thing I was referring to.

And it's not lazy...the "time and effort" I was referring to meant actually going to the person and asking them, instead of just believing everthing you hear or read on teh intarwebs.

Yes I have. :confused I've had people spread rumors that I slept with a bunch of people and I didn't. It hurts a lot and is annoying but you have to get passed it. It's REALLY hard to learn to ignore it, I'm not going to lie. But you do. You know who you are you're friends and family know who you are. So why care about the rest of the world??????

Most of you know the drama I've had with my ex Jason ( who not suprisingly is the one spreading rumors) I know I dont have anything I just thought i escaped this bullshit in High School.

It's kinda hard not to be embarrassed even though it's not true. It's just disgusting. I'm all for people out havin fun and doin their thing but I'm more about bein safe. Period. I have a friend who is HIV positive just for trusting the wrong guy and making some unwise decisions. It only takes one time, I dont take that chance.

Don't worry about it. I was dancing at CC one night with this really hot chick and some guy comes up to me and wispers (she has blah blah) in my ear. I am not listening to these rumors anymore, I think it is just grudge shit that gets started, I will take my time getting to know people and make up my own mind.
