My doctor is a an idiot I think.  The ONLY reason I chose her was because she is a family friend.  My sister in law was her nanny for years.

She almost killed me with the meds she put me on all at once.

Hmm, I thought that I left a description in the forums somewhere as well, but no luck in finding it. Well what I am is an Intraoperative Specialist/Neurodiagnostic Technologist. I monitor surgeries with the main purpose of preventing neurological deficits. It's a pretty small field, but it can be an exciting and interesting one sometimes. As for your doctor, I wish you luck with that. It seems harder and harder every day to find a good doc. And I have to ask: what is a "HAP circle"?

HAP - the insurance company....the doctors in that network....you have to "Pick" a doctor in the network...then if you have an ailment, you have to be referred to a specialist. You can't go to just anyone.

It blows.

But the insurance is pretty decent.
