Thats what I'm thinking, but he was super grump when I picked him up today. Like he really didn't feel good, usually he is up in an hour or so. I would hate to wake him if he really isn't feeling well and needs the sleep, you know??

Feel his head first, make sure no fever, then slowly wake him up and see what happens. If he's all grumpy again, let him go back to sleep.
