So, I still get to raise her, but she gets to show up and have fun. Still no responsibility for her but now I have to deal with her again, occaisionally. I'd rather not see her.

That sux so much!!! I am so sorry to hear that. My ex and I get along pretty well, we meet for lunch about everyother week ato talk about Elaina (daughter) and whether it is in our agreement or not, she has never said no to me taking her extra time, or different times.

mine left because she decided an MDMA, alcohol, cocaine and heroin habit was a better life. left for about two years-comes back around again and now she gets to show up at my daughters pre-school, with her father (by court order) and take her out of school (the school I'm paying for) twice a week and keep her over night (by court order). Only thing is that the 2nd night is a Monday (One of her bar nights) so because she still doesn't want to actually mother (ie bath her, wash her clothes, pack her lunch and take her to school the next morning) instead of getting fucked up, she simply drops her off with me to do all that. Wayne County thinks this is wonderful because she is a woman and I am a man.
