Did you know that people never need to take suppliments of Vitamins A, C, or E?

A actually ages you if you take too much (and they put way too much in those pills) and doesn't have good anti-oxidant properties when in pill form, vitamin C is much less effective for colds than we thought, and Vitamin E can actually dangerously thin your blood when you take too much (and once again, the pills usually have too much).
