One kid in the nusery when my kids were born was name Mercedes........hello...is your brother Volvo?

Now this: I just saw in print K'mari...I speed read a bit and thought her name was K'mart.....heh......is Target on the way?

I remember seeing a Simpsons episode where good ol Homer says: ' I will name my kid Bart, so he won't get picked on.....nothing rymes with Bart!'

Don't get me started. I've posted some of the stupid names I've come across in the doctor's office in other threads.

People try so hard to be original and unique in naming their children they seem not to care that it sounds like a group of crackheads named their baby.

If my parents had named me some of the stuff I've seen, I'd have been a horribly behaved child, just in retribution.

Is it? Makes sense because it doesn't sound German at all. But I do know that the reason the car name is Mercedes is because the inventor of the car, Benz (i.e. Daimler Benz), was German and he named the car after her.

Another fun fact is that the Mercedes was the first car ever assembled. Ford was the first to be assembled on an assembly line.

Back when I was a kid, we had a million Jennifers. Well, Madison and Mackenzie are the new Jennifer. I freakin' kid you not, I have a Madison and Mackenzie in every single class. Also, in every class, I have a boy named Noah.
