My mom is dying...

I just recently found out that my mom has cancer that has spread throughout most of her body and the doctors only give her 3 weeks to live. They are going to be trying chemotherapy on her but even if that does work it will only give her 6 weeks to live. I can't believe that my mom is dying.

..I pray that you all (your family too not just you two) take this in stride...if there is nothing you can do..there is nothing you can do...Death comes to us all...sometimes it happens sooner than others...sometimes it is less expected.........I also pray she does not feel too much pain...pain sucks.

BE WELL TO YOURSELF!

..do not forget to take care of YOU in the now...

I'm so sorry to hear this. Having lost more than one relative to cancer, I can sympathize. I cannot even begin to understand how much more difficult this must be for you since it is your mom. I wish there was something that we all could do, but offering emotional support or a shoulder to cry on is about the only thing that can be done now.

Spend as much time with her as you can. She needs your love and strength.

Oh Lila...

I am so sorry. Just having gone through this myself, I understand what you must be going through. Do yourself a huge favor: Take care of YOURSELF. Do healthier things for your body so that you can stay strong. She needs you now, and she needs you HEALTHY.

very sorry to hear this...

and btw, are they really going to try chemo? if it's that far advanced, it doesn't seem like the side effects would be worth it...
