Rush Limbaugh - Ha! What An Ass

Yeap, I mentioned that earlier in the thread and everyone conviently glossed over it .

Because he hasn't waged a crusade against drugs for his entire career. It's not about the act itself. It's the hypocricy.

Like when Newt Gingrich tried to impeach Clinton for cheating on his wife, while he (at the same time) was CHEATING ON HIS WIFE

And I noticed that the liberal media turned that into a half hour nightmare for him

Yah but he wasn't doing it in the Oval office now was he.

It doesn't matter where it's done. There is no difference between cheating on your wife in a hotel, the Oral...sorry Oval Office, or in your own home.

It's not a public place. It wasn't like he bent her over at a press conference and put his thumb up her ass. Oval Office or not Newt still cheated while demonizing someone for cheating. (ON 3 DIFFERENT MARRIAGES). Hell Bill may not touch Hill if she was the only creature with a tongue but they at least try to make it work.

List of a few others who have cheated

T. Jefferson

F.D. Roosevelt

D.D. Eisenhower

J.F. Kennedy

The problem with Bill wasn't that he got a blow job and fucked her with a cigar.. it was that he lied under oath.

Also, Rush has not campaigned to have drug users put in jail. That, as I pointed out above, comes from a Boondocks comic strip. Someone accuased him of it and somehow that accusation stuck even though it was false and has been proven as false by going over his speechs, writings and radio show archives.

People are so eager to demonize him because they dont agree with how he presents his message (I'm not going into what his message actually is because noone seems to want to know what he really says) that they beleive any lie that makes him look bad.

I didn't see that - I will go look but I do agree.... why hasn't anyone bitched about that... oh yeah - I forgot... it's Obama - might as well be accusing Jesus!

Yet the fact remains that I'd hardly believe lying under oath about a BJ does not amount to "High Crimes & Misdemeanors".

Keeping in mind, though I consider myself somewhat who thinks rather liberally, I also agree with Ford pardoning Nixon. It was such a distraction at a time when we least needed one.

Too many whites are getting away with drug use...Too many whites are getting away with drug sales...The answer is to go out and find the ones who are getting away with it, convict them and send them up the river, too.

Taken out of context that almost backs up your position. You should read the whole tirade he was spewing... Sarcasm is a wonderful tool for making a point. Rush, in the rant he was having when he spewed that bit of evil above , was bitching about the fact that the modern legal system is not applied the same to blacks and whites. He was bitching because if two people, one black and one white commit the same petty drug crime.. the white person gets a slap on the wrist and the black person goes to jail.

What he was saying was that we should either apply the laws Justly or get rid of the laws.

Yes the fact remains, we live in a country based on Law. The law make no distinction when it comes to testifying under oath. You either tell the truth or you tell a lie. What you lie about doesn't matter, its the fact that you lied that is illegal. It's called Perjury and I can't think of one country where it's not a crime.

If you want to get rid of someone you Convict them - if you don't you let them go. Kwame - Clinton.

Sounds like some sound logic to me, Gaf.

Also sounds like some common sense, which people these days seem to lack.

He sais an awful lot of very offensive things...or so I heard.....I can not stand his voice.

He has slandered African Americans so much...I am surprised he can stay on the air.

 THAT is the 1 thing he did that is undeniably wrong.

I do not know how the Clinton's bedroom life is set up...BUT...not ALL peoples have the same moral tenants...sometimes getting a bj from someone else is out of line...it is actually then the norm in some situations....MAYBE...Hill don't like suckin' cock SO MUCH...she lets Bill get it where he can...her face did not look TO SOUR after the scandal...SO I though...MAYBE she is cool...?

I will believe you Gaf...he does/did dope....that would be REALLY STUPID...

....& far more hypocritical than I pin on him.

Again, you should actually read transcripts of the full speech/dialog where he supposedly slandered African Americans...

Do you know what racist thing he said that got him kicked off ESPN?

There was a black quarterback on one of the teams. Everyone was talking about this man like he was the greatest quarterback of all time. The problem was, he was barely average. His record didn't support all the accolades. Rush, dared say something about. He asked why everyone was going so ga-ga over an average quarterback and then accused the other of showering the man with undeserved praise because he was black.

So, he was kicked off the show for being racist, when what he was doing was pointing out that the others on the show were the ones being racist.

Also, if you don't listen to him... how can you say that he "has slandered African Americans so much". How would you know?

I've never heard him slander Blacks... I've heard him stick up for them and defend them several times... I do know the solutions he gives for helping them out fall on deaf ears because it isn't what "they" (Most) want to hear and they are conservative ideas.... but dis them? Never heard him do that. If he is taken out of context - you could spin it that way of course.

I can say how I see many people took what he said (out of context or not) as extremely racist..if not openly then in a bigoted manner.

I do not pretend to judge this man.

As I stated... I..personally..have an extreme dislike for his voice..& his brash manner..I show this by not listening to him.

Shit he said...that I don't think he shoulda'.

You know who deserves a posthumous Medal of Honor? James Earl Ray [the confessed assassin of Martin Luther King]. We miss you, James. Godspeed.

Have you ever noticed how all composite pictures of wanted criminals resemble Jesse Jackson?

Look, let me put it to you this way: the NFL all too often looks like a game between the Bloods and the Crips without any weapons. There, I said it.

They’re 12 percent of the population. Who the hell cares?

Take that bone out of your nose and call me back(to an African American female caller).

Just curious.... what was your source for the quotes above?

I Googled Rush Limbaugh quotes...& a page came up that was 10 most racist Rush Limbaugh quotes...I did not claim impartial sources...& I am SURE they are spun...but even unspun..there ARE less bigoted words to use.

...& I just used those out of the necessity for quickness...I remember this guy from the late 80's...I do not know how big he was through out the whole country...but he was in on in Cali...& he was always raisin' a ruckus & bein' un-Crist-Like...but claimin' Christian Right ties...not very Christian at all...even at 11 & 12 I could tell he was an ass hole.

Yea well I have listened to his show (waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the early 90's) and I can say this.........if he hasn't changed since the last time I gave him any of my time (which I now regret) he gave me the impression that his target audience wore white hoods on their heads and mainly lived in the south and were republican.

He made me sick to stomach and embarresed to be a white american.

I'd be willing to bet, rush Assmouth doesn't have any African american supporters and he prolly doesn't give a shit.

So please Gaf, stop pretending Rush isn't a racist because I have heard it with my own ears.

Context is everything. Sarcasm is king.

and someone looking for racism will find it.

This is true enough... however I will extend it not just to racism... but basically anything.

Did you miss the part where I said that I saw it when I was 12?

I assure you I was looking for nothing. I simply heard him speak & gasped...'cause I thought peoples were not supposed to talk like that...well...that's what they told me after a family friend went on a tirade...they were bigots as well ;)

(they being me mother & step father.)
