Um... Benedril works pretty well for me. Sometimes it knocks me out, sometimes not. If over the counter stuff isn't working, it's time to see the doc and see if something more potent helps. Or ask someone else...

i am probably THE reason a 1/3 of the country had a brown out a few years back.

i sleep with down comforters though.. so i have to be freezing so i dont have night sweats.
