Sad cause I had to let someone down today. But at least I am alive. Sick, not sure if it was the flu or food poisoning. God was I ill today. Glad I had my kid there watching me, guess I changed colors a few times.

I feel wonderful. I told my therapist to fuck himself this morning, and it was great!

The day always turns out great when I workout before the child awakens, instead of trying to cram it in when he is down for a nap.
