Happy on the inside. It's cold down here in Florida (relatively) Cold enough that the air has that "cold smell". I stood outside last night in the chill night air... shivering and smiling... breathing in the smell of home.

It's odd how one of the smallest things can make you feel good.

I'm feeling like I've had a nice 3 days of birthday! Today counts since my at job(yes, the same job that I shall soon be laid off from) they got me a cake and sang to me. Weird.

I'm also feeling good, apparently, because DGN is making me laugh and smile today, and nothing I've read today is hilariously funny.

happy to have my daughter back ... Not happy it took a plane ride and driving for 5 hours plus in a snowstorm last night to get her today.

not so happy I am in a hotel in Pennsylvania right now instead of in new jersey where we should be. Not happy that our new York city stuff will be delayed because I have to drive three more hours to our hotel in new jersey tommorrow. Not happy I had to by a new suitcase for my daughter because they sent everything home with her knowing we were flying home.

And untrip related: completely, blatantly and utterly stabbed in the back.

It looks like all is well because Ive been gone for 4 days where my only Internet access has been my iPhone.

Ironically I didn't want the iPhone but my Samsung decided to stop working and I wasn't elegible for an upgrade. We got the iPhone dirt cheap. It was that or pay much more outright for something cheap. I'm not complaining.
