I would like to point out... Jesus was not an African-American and neither wre Adam and EVe. America didn't exist as we know it and there wre no black people there at the time.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

If Jesus did exist, I think the logical explanation would be that he was Arabian.

Due to geographical locations and shit like that.

Funny... he doesn't look Arabian.

Oh wait, DNA research says he was white.

Maybe his parents were Arabic.

How's that for evidence?

Look, it doesn't matter where on the internet 'you read Adam and/or Eve were black'. And you (as in that one who insists so, not the one quoted) should know better than to say there's no scientific research that there was NOT an Adam and Eve, and that physically it would be very close to impossible.

Expand horizons a little bit, look at the big picture. Adam and Eve could have existed, though those don't sound like names that, at the time, would have been chosen for them... Now... could they have existed as the first people according to regional beliefs? Yeah. Could they have been cro-magnon? Sure, why not?

We have skeletons and geographical evidence that there IS such a thing as evolution.

If you insist that there was an Adam and Eve...

I must insist they they were monkeys.

I'm a firm believer that ignorance is bliss, and if what you believe makes you happy, then believe it. But don't deny proof. Just accept it.

You missed my point. That being that modern geo/political titles such as Africa-American should not be used as they are meaningless in this context.

technically, he would have been a Hebrew, which dates back to an Arab name Abraham lineage wise.

theres no DNA evidence that says Jesus was anything of any race. Not sure where that came from.

Pictures of him being white are also misleading.......but they have their roots in religeous dogma do they not???

And finnally as for scienetific "proof" well, there are gaps in many theories as well......such as our "missing link".....and things of that nature. None of it is 100% foolproof and all of it has a counter theory created by formidable minds....Hell there are also skeletons found and archived of people who were almost 20 feet tall and had double rows of teeth. And skeletons of human skulls with sets of horns.....there is even ancient artwork that shows humans with horns. There are many anceint tales of flesh eating giants all over the globe....even in America surrouding a red haired tribe who warred against the Sioux nation. Personally I think they are remnants fo the Nephilim.....but that's just my theory. I think some of these archeological finds could likewise be evidence of these unique strains of humankind, but who knows really?

theres tons of stuff out there to consider.

.....choose.

Well, microevolution isn't a theory, it's a fact. It's hard to debate that your children carry your characteristics and the ones who get the short end of the stick, gene-wise, end up dying before they can procreate.

From that knowledge, and what fossils have been discovered so far, it seems likely (to me) that macroevolution has occured- the differentiation of species through natural selection.

Whether Adam and Eve the floppety-legged land-crawling fishpeople existed... well. The names Adam and Eve have no meaning to me.

LOL. Mine too....but you all knew that.

pretty amazing the impact he still has, and the divisive power in his stance.

I'd say in that regard he's one of a kind.

I think that Jesus was potentially a superstar, but it's impossible to know enough about what really happened to dedicate myself to him.

I know.

But I'm from Pasadena, not Gallilee.

So I watch him work from the sidelines, in other people's lives, and my own. Seen alot of amazing things over the years. Alot.

I have this album ..... all three versions, Jeff Fendholt (hated him), Ted Neely, and Ian Gillan of Deep Purple.

they need to remake it:

Jesus: Chris Cornell

Caiphus: James Hetfield

Matthew: Lenny Kravitz

Mary Magdelene: Shirley Manson

Peter: Rob Tomas

Herod: Marilyn Manson

But I have never seen Jesus provably have an effect in anyone's life. I've seen a (possibly mistaken) belief in Jesus have an effect, but that doesn't make his divinity any more real to me.

I would be more than happy to share my personal experiences in this regard with you, but I'll not be posting it here. Let me know, we'll meet up some day.
