I think id rather not smoke anything, or be intoxicated.....of course intoxication is what it says.

hmph, id like to live my life to the fullest, with good health, and a clear conscience.....now wasting my time arguing with people who are just a plain waste of corporal space, is just retarded on my part.

Tar? Really? Thats odd because Tar is used to treat allergic reactions on the skin.

As for the rest of your list... Saying your allergic to those is like saying you are allergic to fire. They are all poisons and harmful, in any significant quantity, to life.

I am talking SPECIFICALLY ALLERGIC, Gaf....but thanks for once agian thinking I'm some kind of fucking imbecile. I am talking about the inhalation of the fumes from most of those substance making someone sick.

on a side note i doupt banning smoking in public places whould do good in michigan economy wise it whould dampen it even further, one more restriction for a bar to have to deal with. and less customers means cut backs. it whould work better to promote more avenus for quiting, not drugs for quiting, but a more community oriented plan, instead of saying its bad for you, you should quit

im not arguing, but that statement is asking for a flame war that goes beyond the point of the subject. the great god troy spiral looks down on that sort of thing. where is he anyways?

As much fun as this is, I think I should stop being an ass now, out of respect for 'the code of conduct'.....

well then we may just get along if we both took the time to get to know each other.

Ya never know.....I am actually very nice, I just have a tendency to call people out when I don't agree.....

I was not trying to be offensive in the first place, I was trying to get you to be less presumptuous about others.....

No. There is nothing in smoke to be allergic to.

and No.

correct would be "Smoke irritates my lungs and respatory tract, causing my actual allergys to worsen until I move away from the smoke. If I did not have an existing condition, smoke would have little to no affect on me."

There are thousands of other things you are exposed to everyday that are worse for you than second hand smoke.

Isn't just simpler to say "i'm allergic to cigarrette smoke"?

That other bit up there is a mouthfull. :p

There was nothing to be called out about,

that was YOUR misinterpretation of My words....and It was presumptuous on your part to imply that i thought i was better than anybody.

So i called YOU out.

As young as I may be, i still deserve the same respect as anyone else.

And i give that respect too.

And for the record for anyone else reading this, i DONT think im better than anybody else.

Thats the second time I have seen you use the term co-dependent. Do you know what it means? I ask because in neither case was a co-dependant nature shown.

ahh guess thats a logical reason, learn something everyday . yah iv known for it being in michigans water. among other things in our waters. and to think everyone in the world is in envy of the great lakes

hmmm this also means its in most of our foods, i can assume amonia and arsenic. yet humans are living longer, gaf can i nominate you as the dgn goto guy for information that i could look up myself but am to lazy. your a walking textbook.

or better yet we should all pool in to work on a cure for cancer. yup it whould hit news, goths obsessed with black latex and objects of death, are searching for that cure.

you can assume ammonia is in many things... it's a waste product of our metabolism. Not as much as a cats, but there is a good amount of ammonia in our pee... and acitone... and other things you would never expect to find in our bodys...

and as for Michigan water... the arsenic is naturally there and it's not at as high a levels as other places.. there are a few lakes in the world with such high levels as to be toxic to life. Again, it's all natural.

and thanks, I don't get compliments often.

Co-dependent is enabling.

She was enabling cigarette smoking, because she was defending the behavior and trying to make me the bad guy...playing the protector, vigilante, savior....of smokers.

You don't know what your talking about.

I'm not your scape goat.

An untruth is an untruth.

"Smoke irritates my asthma and/or my allergys." would be both truthfull and easy to say.

You apparently aren't following this thread very well....

I suggest you go somewhere else to dump you idiocies on.

I made my point in the first posting on this thread, and you tried to turn it into this pissing match of "facts"...

and bullshit.

Your taking "cigarette smoking is a disgusting, and worthless habit"

into a personal debate about allergies, asthma, and other shit that has nothing to do with the original point.

wheres your scientific facts that i am wrong?

are you trying to have a real debate?

Co-dependency ALSO means: someone who exhibits too much concentrating or concern for another person, therefore, partied to one side of a needy relationship of two clingy and needy people where neither are getting what they want from it.

EDIT: GOD DAMNIT... I forgot also. My apologies....

Never said you were... didn't even try to blame anything on you.

You really shouldn't accuse people you don't know of having a psychological disorder based off one conversation. It doesn't win the arguement for you. It only shows you have run out of options when it comes to defending your position and have fallen back to name calling.

Do you even know if I smoke?

Now you call me an idiot. Real mature.

      ~~~~~ Wait, what? With as hot as it has been, that sounds like it would have been a great idea.  Or did it interfere with something?
      Wow, we had a brief power outage on Friday morning and I just now had time to boot my computer back up.  It has been a crazy time, but I did get my vehicle back Friday afternoon and new tires put on it Saturday morning.   After 2 years, finally got the AC repaired and the frame rewelded from last year's "repare".  These guys at Gratiot Auto Center: Chris P., Sevo and Damon...Lifesavers!!!   They used to be called Roseville Auto, but this is a new group because I didn't recognize anyone and they didn't have any records of working on my previous vehicle.  Also, there seems to be 2 shifts of workers because I didn't know anyone there today when I went to have the maintenance light turned off from the service that was completed Saturday.   It was literally like night and day.  Chris P. was laid back and handled things with a steady flow, Minnesota Fats style.  The guy today was rushed and hectic like an extra from Everybody Loves Raymond.
